Miscellaneous vanilla is a combination of various herbs that are said to reflect the flavor of southern France.
The idea of mixing vanilla came from a fragrance wholesaler in the 1970s, consisting of mint, fennel, basil, rosemary, thyme, and lavender, but there are also different versions. The purpose is to facilitate the use of the golden ratio of their creations when used as marinade or cooking.
