Tarragon is a commonly used spice in French cuisine. It is considered one of the four best spices in traditional French cuisine. Originated in eastern Europe, it has a bitter taste and a warm nature. Aromas of licorice and anise. It is mainly used for cooking chicken and fish, especially French snails. It can also be used to make moxa vinegar as a seasoning for sarin.
